I have sinus tachycardia and left ventricular hypertrophy as detected in ecg. After this I have further advised to take echocardiography but no problem has been detected. They would be different test for heart as I think. Some tests like kft, thyroid function test, lipi profile, glucose, haemoglobin tests are also taken but came normal. At that time my bp was 160/100. So I am taking metoprolol succinate xr25 mg and amlodac 2.5.now my bp last checked was yesterday, 140/100. I have problem of back head heaviness and lightheadedness feeling whenever I sit or stand for few seconds, palpitations and the palpitation around throat make me feel as my head is moving, sometimes I also experience body weakness, heaviness feeling that some pressure is given on my shoulders and shortness of breath. What will be the cause of my problem? Will all the symptoms related to it. Is the disease reversible? Please prescribe suitable medicines for it.
