My age is 73 male undergone cabg before 2 years. I am using diabetic medicine for past 2 years only and my hba1c is always below 6.1. My doctor asked me to take semi reclimet on morning and evening. At afternoon he told me to take istavel 50 mg. Can I take istamet 50/500 at morning and semi reclimet at evening?

It depends with you blood sugar. Actually after the operation you should use only insulin but if you want to take medicine only then consult your diabetologist asap.
