. Place half inch fresh ginger root, peeled and finely chopped with one tablespoon of green tea
into a mug and put eight ounces of fresh warm water. You can even add a tablespoon of honey in it. Some aerobic exercise/ yoga
postures/ walk for continuous 30-45 minutes a day can bring wonderful results.
There are medicines too which are harmless and safe and shed weight fast. But pre-requisites are negative caloric balance intake, exercises, mild purgative herbs once a week or fortnight.
