Diet is very important in loosing weight. Breakfast   fruits only. Abundant amount. Lunch/dinner half plate salad, 1 katori sprouts, green vegetables 1 to 2katori, daal 2 katori, only 1 roti in one meal. Stop having: milk, milk products, refined foods, packaged food of any kind like bread namkeen biscuits maida etc. Light exercise for 1 to 1 and half hour without straining yourself. Do light exercise for two hours daily slowly without straining yourself.

Place half inch fresh ginger root, peeled and finely chopped with one tablespoon of green tea into a mug and put eight ounces of fresh warm water. You can even add a tablespoon of honey in it. Some aerobic exercise/ yoga postures/ walk for continuous 30-45 minutes a day can bring wonderful results. There are medicines too which are harmless and safe and shed weight fast. But pre-requisites are negative caloric balance intake, exercises, mild purgative herbs once a week or fortnight.
