Hello I am from pakistan. I am a asthmatic patient from last 15 years and few years back I had a problem of post nasal drip I check ent specialist and I have been diagnosed with dns problem due to which I have a recurrent attacks of throat and sinus infection. Now my question is that my doctor recommended me to go through with septoplqsty surgery of nose to treat dns which left untreated causes asthma worsen with time what is the opinion from your side whether I should go for a surgery or take anti allergic medicines for a long time thanks.

You can try allergy tablets like montelukast daily and if not helpful you need to go for surgery.
