I have been feeling pain in my body all over during past 2 months. A bmd test by a machine at my ankles shows I have osteoporosis. 15 days back I started taking bio d 3, vit d injections and osteophos weekly. My diet is protein and calcium rich. I am only slightly better. How to know whether the pain is in my muscles or bones. Will a cpk test help?

It looks like you are anaemic. And also you have to check with your vitamin and calcium, if the bones are weak then automatically the pain gets triggered more as there is less energy during any metabolic activity. Refer a physician.
