My mother age 62. Weight 99 kg, cardiomegaly and hemoglobin 8.5 ,taking cilacar 10 (calcium channel blocker, carvedilol 6.25 (beta blocker, tellzy 40, ecosprin 75, lasilactone 50 (diuretic) and multivitamin tablets and calcium tablets for hypertension given by md doctor for 3 months. Bp is in control now. Our family doctor says no need to take lot of tablets. Take only ecosprin 75 and telmisartan h 40 (angiotensin || antagonist diuretic) tablet once per day. Is it right to do? Or what are the probability of complication? Please give me opinion.

see all the medicines prescribed to you are necessary . as your mother has the multiple problems so along with this tell her to do walking and exercises and reduce the weight ok.
