I am diabetic my last fbg reading was 213 can suggest best exercise and diet for me I usually brisk walk 2 or 3 kms 5 days a week and less carbo intake.

Get your pp blood sugar and hba1c test and inform. Brisk walk is alright take diabetic diet.
