I was diagnosed with diabetes 2 year ago and was prescribed triglimiprex 2 after dinner and janumet after breakfast. Most of the time my sugar levels were high around 200-250 range after two hrs. Of food intake but gradually it came down to 150-180 range after 3-4 hrs. Then after two years another doctor suggested me to have total ige test, the result of which was 375.1 iu/ml, and lipase test which result was 82.1 u/l. I was prescribed panlipase 25000 twice after food along with diabetes medicines. After about a month my sugar started to fall and I had to eat sweets to cover up almost every afternoon. On consulting my doctor, he said I was not diabetic and since my pancreas are working normally, I should stop diabetes medicines. Now since last 15 days I have stopped diabetes medicines. And after 3-4 hrs. Of food intake my sugar level shows around 140-160. I have been taking panlipase 25000 twice after food, nowadays I do not have formed stool, lot of gas and bloating in stomach. Please advice.
