I am 26 and I have been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. I am under medication but my blood sugar level is still high. From last 20 days I am facing problem in my penile region. The foreskin burns whenever I retract it backward. Also on and around the penis I am noticing that white substances is getting accumulated which I have to rub and wash it retracting the foreskin. I have applied fourderm, calendula, boroline on the foreskin but no one helped me. Now I have got cuts on foreskin top. Please help me out. I am stressed.

Your both problems are different, for control of blood sugar follow thee recomendation of doctor, for other problem visit a doctor he will judge to decide fuether, you can apply coconut oil to keep skin moist, shave the penile hair every month regularly as cut cut nails.
