Stds or sexually transmitted diseases are infections that spread through intimate contact with body fluids like semen, blood, vaginal fluid, saliva etc. Hiv, gonorrhoea, syphilis, chlamydia, and genital herpes are the commonest stds. To prevent acquiring an std you should follow safe sex practices and avoid sexual contact with multiple partners. In case you feel you are infected with an std, consultation is required for rapid and effective treatment.
Dear Lybrate-User, it can not be hiv rashes. Hiv symptoms take years together to appear. Go for pcr rna test today.
