My audio testing reports says" bilateral mild sensorineural hearing loss" what does it indicates. Is my problem of alwaystime back of head heaviness spreading to shoulder area and dizziness or vertigo (as I can't differentiate between this two) related to it. My bp is around 140/90. I have normal sugar level, normal hemoglobin, please provide medicines for it what would be my diagnosis as according to the report.
