Haemoglobin is 18.4 rbc 6.2 haemocrit .53 percent. Please advise how to reduce hemoglobin. I am male.

Your case seems like due to eating habits or life style. Avoid unhealthy foods like spicy, fast food, any food which contain fats. Do some exercise, do not lie down after take meal. These type of problem can easily get away by your management. If you getting loss you weight haemoglobin will become low automatically.
