My b.p i'd 20 days back 160/98. I used beeper aid drops 20 drops 5 times a day for 26 days. Now it is 135/74. What o do? Please give Mr. advice.

Hi Mr. Lybrate-user, Please have a 30-40 minutes walking and oil-free/cholesterol-free diet and more of salads/fruits/vegetables. Since your bp has come within the limit now, you may continue the same but keep monitoring the bp level. If it consistently is found at this level, you may taper the dose of the drug.
