I am 50 years old my stool is very hard and when it pass my anus it is very painful and tears my anus and bleed frequently sometimes I have to use my finger to pull out hard stool from anus is this a pile and I am having a hyperacidity gastric problem also, nowadays I am taking pantop hp kit tablet is there any relation between this two illness what shall I do now give me a suggestion.

According to your history it's fissure in ano. Not related to your acidity meds but it's related to constipation, hard stool and acidity. You have to take stool softener and avoid acidity means avoid spicy food take high fiber bland diet. Require fissure treatment.

From your history and symptoms, it seems to be acute Anal Fissure . Apply an ointment named Escot....twice daily... a laxative at bed time . to sit in warm water with betadine in it. Drink at least 2.5 litres of liquid in a day. it will help. thanks.
