I am use cilacar m 10/50 at night time and morning time ctd 6.25 last five months both medicine. Now my bp is 125/80 but I am felling weakness. Last two days I am stop old medicine and start new medicine telma am at night time noe felling good but my bp is increase 130/90. Please suggest.
