I am 19 years old and my height is 169 cm and 56 kg weight. I am underweight so I am going to gym for last 6 months but couldn't find any results as I am not following diet strictly. So my question is can I use creatine to lift more weights? Is it harmful to health? I am planning to take muscle blaze creatine monohydrate, is it safe?
