I am a diabetic and use insulin human mixtard 50 in morning 25 unit before breakfast, and 15 unit in night before dinner. But my blood glucose is still high i.e fasting 285 mg/dl. Moreover I use to take less rice and bread, tea and milk without any kind of sweet. Please tell me what I have to do now.
