Manometry done. While contacted in apollo for surgery, their anaesthetist referred to cardiology Dr. He advised to do dobatamn stress echo without which he can't give fitness certificate. Echo people saying that dobatamn injection is slightly risky as she is very weak. In this situation what to do, what's your advise sir?
