Hi Sir, I am diabetes patient. I feel too much weakness, eyes muscle weakness, eyes dryness, fatigue and dizziness after 3 pm daily. Sugar fasting 100 sugar pp 120 I am taking tab jalra m 500 1-0-1 tab roseday 10 0-0-1 cap renerve plus 0-0-1. Please help to overcome weakness and eyes problem.

You feel this symptom than how it's going away do you eat something and you feel good than its sign of hypoglycemia. Than check blood sugar value at that time. If these are not associated with low blood sugar than its weakness check your vitamin b12 and vit Dr. replenish deficiency. Try to eat a diabetic diet every 3 hours.
