Hi Sir, I am 64-year-old male, thinly built, vegetarian, no consumption of alcohol or smoking cigarettes, maintain 60 kg to 65 kg for the last 30 years, hyperactive, but my bp is 140-145/80 and no medication to bp control. I am having a medical history of indigestion and gastritis without any burning of the stomach but ibs problem. For the last six months taking liv52 ayurvedic tablets. No diabetes. Am I going on the right track?

In morning take warm water with 1 spoon of me this powder water room temperature 4 litre per day avoid all fried, outsidefoods in a day eat every 2-2 hrs something healthy do not skip meals do not empty your stomach.
