I am taking human mixtard 30/70, 40 iu. From last two year but now from last 15 days I am feeling my sugar level always above 300 pp & fastening. I increase my dose 40 units three times a day but it is not decreasing. What should I do.

Follow diabetes diet which simply means eating the healthiest foods in moderate amounts and sticking to regular mealtimes. Finish your dinner at least 2 hours before going to sleep. 5. Maintain active life style 6. Avoid fast foods, spicy n fried foods 7.take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. 8.
