Being underweight I feel very uncomfortable and have anxiety problems too not that much I always keep myself away from fight as while doing conversation I do lots of pimple I starts shaking inspite of being i'm not afraid I do pimple. Shaking of hand. Voice etc. Not that confidence i'm very thin bt that could not be the problem I can't drive as whenever I touch bike hand shakes. What's happening my friend suggested me to do some sports like swimming and learn fighting skill through that I will gain confidence .but for fighting skill what should I do at the age 24 what can I learn body should be flexible enough to do judo karate others martial arts. Can you suggest what should I do as by eating and taking medicine will help up-to certain level only but to increase confidence I have to learn new things so please suggest .at this age what skill should I learn that can increase my strength and confidence. As I feel very weak (both mentally and physically) I want to learn some fighting skill as most of the people in world are bad who take advantage of simplicity so I want not only to build my body but also gain strength with skills.
