I'm 21 years old, type-1 diabetic insulin dependent, I'm unable to gain weight, at present my weight is 47 kgs, need a diet plan of 5 meals (breakfast, snacks, lunch, snacks, dinner) of high protein as I'm planning to join a gym.

Hello Lybrate-user, Ideally you should consult a dietitian for that. As a general rule the meals in early day should be heavy. Which can include eggs, milk, oats, pulses and sprouts etc. Evening you can take vegetables and soups. Better add a good protein powder like amway all plant protein powder.
