My total RBC count is 5.83 and haemoglobin is 15.8 last 1 years I did cbc (8 times) and always my RBC is not in the normal range. Sometimes I have tingling in hand and leg when I am sitting one posture & the nose is always blocked (mucus white), most often congested morning & night this is also last year. Can not breathe smoothly. I did not take smoking or alcohol. Some other test is normal. What to do? Please suggest? Age 28.
