Treatment is given external fissure and internal fissure also operated in two years gap but still its bleed, wound does not dry provided, if constipation happens now, we are using stool softener and eating veg diet, but the biggest concern is when this wound be dried completely, I do not have any diabetes, internal fissure operated in this january 19.
