Hello doctor, i've had oral sex (unprotected fellatio) with a prostitute on 27th of march, that was my first ever sexual activity. I haven't done any other kind of intimate sex neither protected or unprotected. A couple of days after I started to feel pain, irritation, mild burning sensation in the tip of the penis, and there was burning sensation after masturbation. Ten days post exposure I went to a doctor and they suggested me "hsv 1&2 qualitative dna pcr test" the results came out negative. A month after exposure I got tested for the following stds, "hiv 1&2p4 antigen, hsv 1&2 igg&igm, hepatitis, syphilis, chlamydia" all the values came out negative except for chlamydia igm 1.11 (bio ref 0.8 nev 0.8 to 1.1 equivocal) igg value was 0.37. My symptoms in the month of april was a bit mild testicular pain and burning sensation in the tip of penis some times with mild pain not while urinating just random. I took 1g azithral on 2nd may after dinner, now it's been 10 days still no improve.
