I want to start workout so I want to take proper diet and I don't want to take any product without consult with expert because it's a matter of health and of course health is a life, without good health nothing is in life so I want proper diet chart and what protein should I take and why? Please tell me in brief. Some of my friends who do workout suggest me sea cod liver oil, is it good for me?

Yes, cod liver oil is good. Take a multivitamin tablet also. You can take amway all plant protein.
