vitamin B12 in your diet, eat more of foods that contain it, such as: Beef, liver, and chicken. Fish and shellfish such as trout, salmon, tuna fish, and clams. Fortified breakfast cereal. Low-fat milk, yogurt, and cheese. Eggs.

Hi, vit b12 and absorbable form of vit d is synthesized in the body itself so a balanced diet will be required for your body to make it. Include fruits and salads in your diet. Include legumes and pulses. Have homemade fresh breakfast religiously. Drink plenty of water around 3-4ltr/day. Include homemade paneer in your diet daily around 50-100 gms/day. Sprouts will help you I this case.
