52 years male with 10 years history of diabetes, hypertension. Hba1c is 9.2. Cholesterol normal, except triglycerides which are 500. Mildly active lifestyle. Meds. Metformin 1000 mg bd. glimepiride 1 mg bd. Rosuvasf5 od. Kindly advise.

triglycerides are manufactured in liver from wheat rice sugar alcohol fruits etc . increase diet items that do not go to liver for manufacture of triglycerides what is your present diet?
