I'm lakshay and by past 4 years I am suffering from nose blockage, sneezing issues and have tried all medicines and. The problem varies season to season .in mid I may get cure for some days but probably this problem remains a very long period during a year .i have tried all medicines and don't get such relief. Different doctors have different opinions regarding my problem some said that it was bacterial sinusitis, viral or acute sinusitis or may be it is allergic rhinitis .i am really exhausted now and want a permanent relief from this problem. Also my immunity is very weak and i'm underweight so suggest me some advice to all these problems. I'll be very grateful to you for this regard thank you.

if the nasal discharge is not Yellow or green and you don't have fever or body pains along with sneezing problem ,then there are fair chances that you don't have any kind of infection but you have allergic rhinitis. it is a little bit difficult to treat problem. you can go for allergy testing and get to know the things you are allergic to and avoid them. shad bindu oil available at ayurvedic stores will relive symptoms quite abit. you may try that but it's a little irritating and it's takes time to get used to it
