I am 80 years old type 2 diabetes patient. I am having diabetes from 30 years. I am taking 30/70 insulin injections 40 units in the morning, and 20 units in the evening. My fasting blood sugar value varies from 70 to 127 mg/dl. My postprandial blood sugar value varies from 140 to 250 mg/dl. The high blood sugar values get reduced to near fasting values in about 6 hours. I do not have any complications.
