I am 32 year old. I am suffering from stomach fullness for last one month. Whenever I eat anything use to get an intense sleep, wherever I am. After at least after 5-6 hours I don't feel like to eat anything. And if I sleep after my meal, after waking up I feel headache, heaviness and laziness for at least 1-2 hours. As well I am not able to eat during morning hours. Even if I eat anything around 10-11 am in the morning. It spoils my whole day. I take my first meal around 2-3 pm in the afternoon. Even after I feel heaviness in stomach, and my stomach get very tight after meal. I have done antibiotic course earlier. Now a days I am consuming homeopathic medicines. Can I get any suggestion?

Get your thyroid profile, cbc, blood sugar checked from some lab. Follow this 1. Don't overeat 2. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. 4. Have light meals every 2 hours (in addition to your breakfast, lunch n dinner) e.g. Nariyal paani, chaach, a handful of dry fruits, a handful of peanuts, any fresh n seasonal fruit, a cup of curd/milk etc 5. Finish your dinner at least 2 hours before going to sleep. 6. Maintain active life style 7. Avoid fast foods, spicy n fried foods, carbonated beverages 8. Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. It contains a lot of fiber which will help reduce tendency for constipation 9. Drink lot of water. 10. Everyday preferably sleep on same time.

It is very unorthodox symptoms you have. The possibility it could be functional dyspepsia can be there. Do visit a nutritionist for a low carb, high protein, fatty acid diet. And aerobic exercise atleast 150 min a week like brisk walking.
