Hi Sir, This is regarding my friend. She is 27 years old and has nephrotic syndrome and it was detected in 2007 and was on medication since then. And later in 2017 she stopped taking the medication. And thus the swelling has occurred again. She got her urine creatinine ratio checked and it is 6787 mg/g creatinine. What is the correct or right treatment for this?

Hello lybrate-user. Told her to consult with medicine or kidney specialist. This is because she needs a proper checkup. Lots of things that we have to be examined. Do not take it lightly. Thank you.
