Hi Sir, I am 46 year old, I am taking telmisartan 40 for blood pressure and ecosprin 75 for cholesterol (208) from last one month (both. Suggest me can I join gym for weight lifting. I was doing weight lifting before two months.

Yes, you can. Just take care of pre n post gym meals. Also don?t do more than 50-60 mins. That too not on consecutive days. Keep a day in between two sessions.

Yes, you can join gym stop aspirin, you do not require a cholesterol medicine, it is required after heart attacks and occasionally when cholesterol is above 320. Aspirin is a blood thinner, not for cholesterol.
