I eat all veg food but my height and weight is not increasing and take supplements also but no change and do exercise but not much more affect take place please give me perfect diet chart for height and weight gain and exercise for muscles building.

Hello! include protein rich foods which include pulses, milk and milk products, eggs and chicken, should have fibre rich foods which help you to pass smooth bowels. Protein rich foods will help you gain muscle mass. Have 5 pieces of any dry fruit once a day daily. Do 30 minutes of exercise daily thank you.
