Hello, I am 22 years old and I have to go for cleaning stomach 4 to 5 times in a day so how can I reduce this? Please suggest me.

Hello user! have fibre rich foods daily or can have chia seeds (takmaria) with 1 glass lemon water daily empty smotach in the morning. For constipation you can have daily this water add 1 small spoon of chia seeds it will help you prevent constipation. Thank you.
