I have started running 4 km daily with some additional exercises. Therefore please suggest me the diet to take.

For running you need to strengthen your leg muscles first. For this do strength/weight training exercises twice a week with 2 days gap between 2sessions. U should take a seasonal fruit 15-20 mins before going to gym. Never do it empty stomach. After gym you should take banana n whey protein within 10 mins. Also vit c, vit e, multivitamin with chromium n zinc n strontium in it.
