I'm patient of depression taking medicine solutus 50 mg clonazepam. 5 mg in the morning and. 1 mg at bed time mood is always upset suicidal thought comes in my mind I am also hyper try to finish the work before time also remain in angry mood on small small things fight and hot discussion with wife please suggest something to control these things.

It's better along with this medicine take psychotherapy and anger management sessions as these are essential for you. Spend time together, go for outing. Take Ashwagandha powder or 1 tablet daily after breakfast for 1 month. Enjoy your evening with your family and friends. Write about thoughts which are troubling you and try to avoid oily and spicy food.

There are better and effective medicines. Cloanzepam on a longer run increases irritability and cause lots of side effects. There is no primary antidepressant or mood stabiliser. Consult a capable psychiatrist for proper remedy. All the best.
