For 15 years or even more, I was taking losar h and losar 25 mg tablets for controlling bp after breakfast and dinner respectively on being prescribed by a family doctor. I was suggested by a bio plasma therapist to stop taking those tablets and I did so for a month but now I find bp is raising and it is now 150/90 taken on analog bp monitor and 157/97 in digital bp monitor. What is the doctors' advice on this?
