I wants to gain my weight so I am eating high protein food from a month but still my weight is same. My weight is 48 kg, height is 170 click and my age 17 years. How can I gain my weight?

For weight gain you need to have calorie dense foods included with a healthy meal plan. Only consuming high protein will not give weight gain.
