I'm 44, weight -92, height-183 cms. Recent test shows total cholesterol--273 with ldl --185. What care should I take. What diet should I follow. One physician has suggested lipirose-f 10. It's first time I will start cholesterol tablets. Is it okay. I afraid of my liver. Suggest me if medicine without livers side effect. Suggest any ayurvedic or homeopathic medicine which if works good in lowering high lipid levels. Please answer in detail.

Hello Dr. I had already mentioned my height is 152 cms, my weight is 59 kgs, my figure is 38 31 41, what's my BMI?
