If we can not find enough evidence of hypertension in these tests then we have to do an ambulatory blood pressure monitoring which can confirm the diagnosis of hypertension. Taking some medicines irregularly based on one or two blood pressure readings is not the scientific way to deal with a problem. visit to a cardiologist nearby and get your doubts cleared. Remember its your body so take better care of it rather than taking some medicines irregularly.
