My hb1c reading is 10, I am taking amaryl m2, one in morning and one in night, what I should do?

Hello, Thanks for the query. HbA1c% 10 shows your diabetes is uncontrolled. You need to upgrade the treatment plus there has to be a closer look at your diet and extent of daily exercise. Since there is no mention of fasting, Pp glucose, weight, height,diet pattern and extent of daily exercise, it is very difficult to give any suggestions. In a well controlled diabetic person fasting glucose should be < 100 mg, Pp 150 to 160 mg & HbA1c5 <6.8. With your high HbA1c% there is a great risk of developing severe long term complications much rapidly. Thanks.
