I am a patient of hypertension. Taking eslotel (5+40) once a day at9a. M&ctd-t (40+12.5). For tachycardia I take inderal 20 at10 am& at 10 p.m. After prescribing ctd-t Dr. Advice me to stop taking inderal. Can I take inderal 20 along with this medicine because palpitation occur again.

I would suggest that you visit a cardiac electrophysiologist nearby, who is an expert in cardiac rhythm disorders. The exact nature of your palpitations has to be found out before suggesting change in medications. Because palpitations can be secondary to a normal rhythm as well as abnormal rhythm. Also we have drugs which have a better safety profile than inderal.
