Hi, I smoke 1 2 cigarette in a day for last 2-3 year and now I really want to quit it because I have seen some changes in my behaviour. I get irritated and fatigue very easily what should I do.

hello dear patient try to exercise regularly and do yoga and meditation daily and regularly and self control is best treatment for quitting smoking. try to keep urself busy when craving for cigarrate arises....
