Hi, My father has swelling around knee joint since 15 days. After taking steroids swelling reduces. Then again swelling occurred. Hla b27 is positive. Hlab7 is negative. Anti ccp antibody levels 2.9 u/ml. What should be differential diagnosis?

Well may be he is suffering from osteoarthritis, steriod is not a treatment for this purpose, it will not cure it, rather repeated use of steriod can cause other problem, need to take an x-ray knee joint, have to do proper homoeopathic treatment to cure his problem, he is also having hlab27 positive soo back pain or lumber pain is there?
