I am a 19 year old female. I have a spotty rash on my forehead and scalp. The rash has acne size dark green / brown spots on my forehead mostly. There are fewer spots on the front of my scalp that are little bigger and lighter green. There is no pain or itching. It showed up about 2 days ago and has already spread across my forehead.
