If I tested hiv after 3 and 6 months in ictc. And the result is negative. Does any need for western blot test in future.

Hello. No. You do not need it. Please do not go for it on your own. You are negative for HIV from these test results. WB test is confirmatory test done if EIA test was positive. Just for info- A positive ELISA test ,(antibody, antigen test) with either WB or HIV RNA PCR positive test is the gold standard for diagnosis of HIV infection.
