Hi, I test for fbs and ppbs on 15 th june 2018 fbs was 121 and ppbs was 165 and hb1ac 7.2.doctor suggested for glycomet daily at night. But I am not taking tablets can I control through diet and exercise. And I do not feel like urinating thirsty hungry dizziness. Please suggest me.

Hello lybrate-user. Your reports are not normal. And your HbA1C report is also raised. Its the average of 3 months. So donot stop medicine. Because if you are not taking remedy then its difficult to control and diabetes will damage your most of the organ. So start your medicine and control your diet. And start to do exercise. Diet and exercise will help you but it takes time so start medicine. And consult to your doctor every month. Thank you.
