Dear Gurupal, Betacap is only to reduce your heart rate, when it beats fast causing fear. So you can stop it, if you don't have palpitations. Rexipra intake will be life long in very rare case of dysthymia. Otherwise it is usually for 6-9 months, depending on the diagnosis of your depression. Please talk to your doctor about stopping rexipra. She/he will gradually reduce and stop it.
